By kapshop from Atlanta on 11/19/2008 Cons: Poor Fit, Wrinkles Easily Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Comfort vs Style: Style Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is very cute & if fitted properly will make you stand out in a crowd. But, it runs like a junior-sized fit, tight and short-waisted in the upper body area. The next size up was too loose at the neckline to avoid a peep show when you bend over.
By Stuck in a floral dress from Portland, Or on 11/19/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Nice Fabric Cons: Poorly designed, Poorly tailored Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Warning: you may need help getting this thing off! This dress fit me perfectly, once I was able to get it on. The very short side zipper did not provide access. The dress is of good quality, but there is a reason this thing is marked down. And getting it off took five minutes! This was surely designed by someone who had never worn a fitted dress! Terrible.
By kelseamac from alamosa, co on 11/17/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering, High Quality, Nice Fabric, Versatile Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As a soon to be teacher, I have been collecting outfits and pieces to fill my very laid-back wardrobe. This dress jumped out at me because of it's style and appropriate-ness for a work environment. Overall, it covers the appropriate areas, is comfortable and stylish. The only complaint I have is that the arm holes are a little too tight and I am of a rather slender, petite build, so if you are medium to large boned, be careful.
limited use dress - but cute By JPO from ludlow, ky on 11/14/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, High Quality, Nice Fabric, Versatile, Wrinkle Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Style Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: really cute, but just such a limited purpose - i.e. I would feel comfortable wearing this to a tea party (and I go to so many of those), but probably couldn't pull it off at my office. so, I'm looking more for clothes with more versatile / expansive work & social uses. this isn't it.
Cool dress tight in the sleeves By Jen the musician from Chicago, Il on 11/12/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The dress is very pretty in person. It has an old school vibe. However it does fit me tight in the chest and arms. I am not extraordinarily chesty.
Order larger size- small bust required By DancingGirl from Santa Cruz, CA on 11/09/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering Cons: Poor Fit, Tight across bust, tight in the arms Best Uses: Special Occasions Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was a size 6 in the Pura Vida halter dress, but fit into a size 12 in this dress. I am 5'10", 145 lbs., and an A/B cup, but have broad shoulders. Sizes 8 & 10 fit me everywhere but in the shoulders. Luckily the waist gathers in nicely with the tie in the back, so even though I have a narrow waist, the dress doesn't look too big. Wouldn't fit larger arms even in a size 12- be forewarned!!

By Belleatthetrack from Madison IN on 11/07/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, High Quality Best Uses: Going Out, Special Occasions Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This was a perfect dress for a day at the track. I had several compliments while wearing this dress. The arms and chest were tight. Order one size larger and you will be the Belle of the Ball!
By wedding crasher from Boston, MA on 11/07/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering, Nice Fabric Best Uses: Special Occasions Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Although the sleeves and shoulders are very snug (no stretch) since I read previous reviews and ordered a size larger than usual I was thrilled with the classic style and fit of the dress. A unique party style that was surprisingly comfortable.
Lovely dress but a little tight By uma from little rock, ar on 11/05/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering, Nice Fabric, Versatile Best Uses: Going Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a lovely neat dress, a classic design with updated style. I got the B/W dress. The over all fit is great with one exception the sleeves are tight, around the cuff. I have small stature and it is hard to find a dress to fit correctly and I really liked it; so I am having the cuff altered. (slit in the cuff to make a better fit) Hopefully that will solve the problem.
