Stuffs incredibly small and is extremely light. I use it for backpacking and it is a great addition to my gear.

Versatile Bag, Perfect for warm weather By Gear Snob from Burlington, Vermont on 06/13/2008 Pros: Highly compressible, Lightweight, Semi-rectangular design, Stows Easily, Vented footbox Cons: Compression Sack Needed Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking, Light fast backpacking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is amazingly light and compressible. The semi-rectangular design without a hood means you can sleep in whatever position you like. The vented foot box keeps your feet cooler. Personally, I would prefer a full-length zipper so I could open the bag flat and use it as just a blanket on really warm nights, but the 1/2 zipper is a good weight saving compromise. Using the pad locks can make the bag feel a little tight but I'm a bigger guy and they are probably great if you regularly find yourself rolling off your pad. Get yourself a sleeping bag liner that will extend the comfort range of the bag down to 30 or 35 and you'll have an incredibly versatile and lightweight bag for three seasons. If it gets REALLY warm, just use the liner as a sheet. Any colder than 30 and you're looking at using a winter bag anyway. The Stuff sack that comes with this bag is the right size, but I really wish it came with a compression sack. The 800 fill down can be squeezed down much more tightly than the stuff sack allows.

By Huff and Puff from Arkansas on 05/18/2008 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Great Zipper System, Lightweight, Stows Easily, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've come a long ways in a short time--from carrying a 3 pound synthetic mummy (for less $) to carrying this wonderful warm weather bag. It's more expensive than my other bags, but, oh, it is so light, comfortable, and plenty warm for me. I had it with me on an overnight to Browns Creek on the OT. Temps were in the 40s, and I was so warm that I slept with it unzipped, but I didn't sweat at all--no moisture accumulation. I first tried it without using the sleep pad straps, but wished I did. I'm a side-sleeper and turn a lot, so using the straps, I think, will help keep the bag oriented. Even so, it was a very comfortable bag for warm weather. Not having a hood was great, again, in warm weather, but you can easily cinch the top down. Great bag!
By IraqJack from Georgia on 03/05/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Stows Easily Cons: Compression Sack Needed Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Comments: It could use a compression bag, but I prefer that all my gear fit in less than 2500cu in, so I'm asking a bit much. Other than that, it's a great bag at a "Sierratradingpost" price. Who could ask for more?
