I walk 2.5 miles a day on mostly dirt trails and they work well.

By PFB from Seattle on 02/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stable Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've been running for 24 years and have worn many brands of shoes. I need stability control and Etonic Stable Pro III provides it as well as New Balance or Brooks. The Etonic also has a nice, wide toe box. The only drawback of this shoe is it doesn't have a lot of cushioning, but for the price, it's a deal.
By rock climber from Boulder, CO on 02/03/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I didn't realize it was a wide shoe when I ordered it. I wear narrow. Seems like it'd be a good shoe if it found the right feet!
By amy the dog person from Northport, AL on 01/26/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Pavement, Track, Trails Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use it at the gym, but also wear them all day every day-I run a doggie camp and am on my feet all day. That's why they wear out so quickly. I wear an insert and these shoes do best for me. I bought 4 pairs!
