By Coagulation from Huntsville, AL on 12/01/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Classic, Eclectic, Sexy, Trendy Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The material is very durable, tags came off in wash but that's the only complaint I have with them. Also order a size down in the inseam, which overshoots the mark by about a good 2 inches or more.

By deal hunter from birmingham,al on 11/29/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well, Versatile Style Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out, Office Wear Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: mountain khakis are usually a great product - i have gotten my husband a pair at a retail outdoor store and they were fine. i was excited to see them SO much cheaper on sierra trading post, but very disspointed when i ordered. the sizing was VERY off - they were very small in the waist and way too long for the size i ordered.
Size and shape a little off By Jack from East Pennsylvania on 11/18/2008 Pros: Durable, High Quality Material Best Uses: Hiking, Outdoor activity Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought a pair, liked them, then ordered another. I like the heavy canvas material for when I'm on the trail. They seem a little tighter in the waist and shorter in length than the same size of my favorite casual pants, which are MK Teton Twill (which are a perfect fit). I use the twill's for everyday, and the originals for hiking, working in the yard, etc. The first pair of originals showed no sign of being seconds, but the second pair need some repair before I could wear them. Nothing not easily fixed. My biggest (and I guess only real) complaint is that the originals are long in the body; the crotch hangs too low unless I cinch the waist high (at or above my belly button). The less than perfect waist/length fit and long body design leave them looking a little odd on me. (Not that I care about looks when out hiking, but they just don't feel quite right.)
By photo guy from Atlanta, GA on 11/17/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Fit Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like Mountain Khaki pants, but these are 2nds and the material on the seat was abraided. Easy enough to patch but obviously not up to their standards - which is why it was a 2nd. ;-)

Rugged, yet great for casual wear. By Cece from Minneapolis, Mn on 11/08/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, High Quality Material Best Uses: Casual Wear, Great jeans alternative, Office Wear Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic, Eclectic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We bought these for my husband who wanted something other than jeans or Dockers to wear on the weekend. He loves these and wears them whenever he's not at the office, and they have replaced jeans for "casual day" at work since they are more comfortable than his old Levis. I'm sure these will be his go-to pants for camping and hunting trips as well. Great stuff!
By Green from USA on 11/08/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, High Quality Material Best Uses: Going Out, Mountains of Afghanistan Describe Yourself: Jack of all trades Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This pant works real well and is action fit. Would like them in a button fly instead of a metal zipper.
