By Construction in Ellensburg from Elensburg, WA on 11/20/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Great Fit, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well, Versatile Style Best Uses: Casual Wear, Construction work, Outdoor Recreation Describe Yourself: All About Quality Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Mountain Khaki makes the best pants! They are rugged and well made with a heavy duty material that lasts. They look much nicer than your average Carhart pants & my husband says that they are much more comfortable. He wears them for his construction job & loves them. They usually cost about $80 / pair, so when we found them on Sierra Trading Post... we bought a couple pairs.
By Happy hiker from West Virginia on 08/14/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Fit, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: So far these have only been used for heavy yard work, but they're fantastic for fighting the briers. They were quite stiff at first, but the worst of it goes away after a couple washes. Totally expected with durable pants such as these
By WK from NJ on 08/13/2008 Pros: Durable, High Quality Material Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Heavy duty contton canvas pants with a "full" cut that have reforced sections in the seat area and knees. Additional small side pocket can hold a cellphone or maybe a folding ruler (carpenters jeans)?
By Josh, Destroyer of Worlds from Gunnison, CO on 08/05/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Great Fit, High Quality Material Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Super durable pants, order a waste size higher than you usually do and when you wash them don't stick them in the dryer.
By none from Tennessee on 07/23/2008 Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Odd fit, upper legs are cut small, waist is one size undersized
By Jeff from Long Island on 07/17/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well, Versatile Style Cons: STP slice the label out Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very disappointed to receive the trousers and find that the label was sliced out. Sierra Trading Post does not explain that with "seconds" you risk purchasing a product that has been mutilated. When I complained, the service rep had a whole lot of attitude, like I should know this????!!!
Hard Core, tough, and comfortable By Mac from Montgomery, AL on 07/14/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Gusseted crotch, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants are tough! Nice heavy canvas like Carhart but with doubled knees. The gusseted crotch makes the heavy material move more freely and not bind like Carharts or Dickies.
