I ordered the smallest size, 8.
There was not a smaller size available, so I will be returning them.
Finally, the perfect pair of pants for m By Live outside! from Portland, OR on 10/22/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Wowzers! I bought these pants because my boyfriend had a pair that I envied. They were so great that I bought two more pairs and a pair of regular MK khakis for a more professional pair. Be careful when you order though because they run big and the long is really long. I initially ordered a 10L (my standard size) and ended up returning them for an 8R which are the perfect fit for me.
absolutely love these pants By outdoors lover from Durango, Co. on 10/21/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Absolutely great quality pants at an incredible price. These pants are a bit bulky because they are made of heavy duty canvas, but they soften with wear and washing. They are a great color (sort of a gold-khaki) and a great fit with adjustable waistband.
By KW from St. Paul, MN on 10/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My favorite pants. I wear them all the time, all over town. I love the way they hold up--the knees don't bag out like they do on my jeans. Good color--not too light or too dark so spills and spots aren't so noticeable.
By Outdoor Aggie from Houston, Texas on 10/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Packable Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are surprisingly a good fit. I definitely have a problem with the gap in the waist usually, but these fit great. They were a little snug in the thighs, but overall a great fit for this hippy girl.

By cedaryogi from Washington State on 09/30/2009 Pros: Heavy duty, High-Quality Material and Stitching Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are seriously stiff and I will only wear them for hard yard work. But they will motivate me to get out there. They look terrific and I LOVE LONGS!!

By Good Women Need Good Pants!! from Western NC on 09/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Outdoor work Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am really excited about these pants! This is my first pair as they are typically out of my price range. They are nice enough to wear to the office but will be able to take a beating in the field. The cut is great, it's nice to find a pair of work pants that don't look like my husband should be wearing them!
Useful for cooler outdorr activities. By Sue from Nort Carolina on 09/07/2009 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Camping, Travel Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants runs large. The material is high quality and very heavy. I wear an 8 and should have ordered a 6. The double buttons on the waistband allow for you to take up the waist about 1-inch on each side and the difference in the fit is why I kept them. There were no visible flaws in these 2nds.
