By Nature Lover from Santa Rosa, CA on 07/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love these pants. I ordered three pair. They will never wear out. They fit me perfectly but I do have a stick figure. I ordered long and they are long enough but not too long. I wear them everywhere but I do live a casual lifestyle and I have no fear of a rip or damage no matter what I am doing.

"Love these pants run big though" By wolfie from Eastern Sierra, CA on 06/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Environmental Company, High-Quality Material and Stitching Cons: Poor Fit, Run big in size Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The pants are a very high quality construction...and Mountain Khakis is an environmentally concerned business. The pants run very big...I bought a size 0, and they are very big in the legs...not too long. I use them as work pants, so not overly concerned about the fit.

Seemingly Durable, Pretty Good Fit By The Fishing Guide from The Northland on 05/26/2009 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Cons: Buttons on wrong side, Fit a bit weird at waist Best Uses: Casual Wear, Climbing around on boats, Meeting Clients, Travel, While looking sharp Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I will be using these pants on a day-to-day basis when meeting clients and/or climbing around on boats. They seem pretty durable for cotton canvas. Size seems pretty good. I'm 5'8" and about 150lbs .. I ordered a size 6 Long (my normal size) and they fit pretty well. The pockets pucker a bit at the top/waist, but it could just be my bod! Mountain Kahkis have always been cost prohibitive for me, so it was nice to see them here for a fraction of the cost.

I bought six pairs. Planting trees & shrubs, climbing in and out of my dump truck, shoveling gravel, they protect me without limiting mobility. Those other brown work pants, dream on!

By Happy Traveller from Seattle, WA on 04/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Handy pockets, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Holds shape well Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these pants to take with me on a trip to Croatia and Bosnia. They arrived stiff but after a few washings, became softer. I wore them several days in a row and they held their shape well. The side pocket on one of the legs was great for slipping in a key or an ATM card. One day I fell face first in an intersection. The sturdy material did not rip or tear and protected my knees from cuts and scrapes.
