Wondereful product for the professional By Jamie from Tomahawk, Wisconsin on 09/04/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Daily use at work Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag has a great look and is still very practical. The bag is made of high quality materials, the color is eye catching and makes the bag easy to keep track of, the strap is comfortable, the bag stands upright even when full, some compartments are easily accessible without opening the bag, and the magnetic clasp is strong and stays secured. This is the best work "messenger bag" that I have ever owned and I love it. It is with me every day at work.
By swisstraveler from NorthCarolina on 07/29/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Long Vacations, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It is great to carry on essentials; however, I would like it to be a little bit larger but you cant have everything. It is also good for day trips to the grocerystore while vacationing, etc
By Dave from Washington, DC on 07/26/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items Cons: No way to secure items Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The only thing that secures the outside flap is a magnetic latch. There is nothing in the interior that allows you to secure, zip, or fasten the interior items. Also, although not bad, the quality is a significant step down from the NXT line. Bottom line - you can find a better bag for the money.
By HorseLady from Davis, CA on 07/23/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Bike commute to work Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Seems really great. My only concern is how waterproof it will be while biking to work in the rain. I'll see in a few months.
By Ilse Instructor from Decorah, IA on 07/23/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Commuting to School Work Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Red Max holds student research papers in mailing envelopes, my lunch, a wallet, two or three ditty bags, and it's nowhere near full. It's still light and certainly colorful. I feel confident that I won't lose my possessions when carrying it.
By stampwife from southern ca on 05/05/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Describe Yourself: Career, Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great bag for short business trips - holds work, laptop and the purse the airlines won't allow if you also don't check your overnight bag. Plenty of easily accessible pockets for ticket, newspaper, those gels in the plastic bag. Great quality and good looking. It doesn't have a fixed closure for the flap (then it would be perfect) but I haven't found that much of a problem.

Almost Perfect for Ultraportable Laptop By COSRunner from Colorado Springs on 03/02/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, High Quality Best Uses: Ultraportable Laptop Trav Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Road warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Wanted a 'smaller than briefcase' bag for travel with ultraportable laptop. Will do until perfect comes along. Tough, very well made. I use with a sleeve for X-61 Thinkpad (can just pull out sleeve to put through X-ray). A little wider (front to back) and a little more structure than messenger bags--stands up by itself. I like that there's no zipper/velcro, wide mouth gives easy one-hand access, magnet closure is secure enough. Plenty of room for laptop accessories (in a couple of additional small mesh bags). Would be perfect with 3-4 more organization pockets in front (in addition to existing single large mesh pocket).
