No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this product to carry items to work every day. I commute by ferry. Lack of cup sleeve for reusable coffee cup is a real minus, as are shoulder pads on the strap. Otherwise it is very well made and attractive.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: while i like the size of this bag, and the different compartments, there is nothing to keep the bag closed...no velcro, or snap, etc. Also, the piece of plastic used to hold the strap, broke the first time i used it! makes me question the quality of its manufactoring.

I was going to use this in place of my current messenger bag to carry work papers and my laptop, but I ended up giving it to my son. It really wasn't big enough for what I wanted. Glad it was a BarnBurner.
