I am a tall gal, with long arms, and the sleeves are just a little short, but I like it (and it was at a bargain price!) enough to spend a little extra and have the sleeves altered.

The best thing about the blouse is the stretchiness of the fabric, which makes it very comfortable even though the blouse is princess-seamed, i.e. is cut fairly close to the body.
This is my second Hawksley & Wight purchase and I'm very happy to find that the sizes, cuts, and quality from this brand are so consistent.
