Not 100% waterproof but holds up pretty well, better than most and dries quickly as you continue working. I have a small rub spot just under left ankle causing a small blister but I had been wearing them all day working and then walking my dogs for like a mile each night. So overall they are pretty comfortable.

The sizing was true and they fit great right out of the box with very little break in time. I really like the fact that it has a variable lacing design so that I could adjust it to my comfort.
