Funky- not in a good way. By CA Urban girl from San Francisco, CA on 08/04/2009 Cons: Rather shapeless, Too many design accents Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was excited to get this skirt. I love linen, and the light blue color was nice. However, this skirt was both over-accented, and lacking in shape. The eyelet trim, the flounces, the asymmetrical hemline and seams- too much going on. Add to that the boxy nature of the cut and you get what looks like a sampler piece, not something to actually wear. I prefer one or two eye-catching accents and a trim fit. If you do, too... pass on this.
By Adding to helpful reviews from Rockleigh, NJ on 05/26/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Nice Color, Nice Fabric Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a really lovely skirt. However, you need a flat stomach for this cut (which is not me). I normally wear a 6 or 8 in a skirt and the size 8 did not fit well in the abdomen. It is beautiful shape and style for the right person.
By Chipmunk from Western, MT on 05/25/2009 Pros: A very easy going skirt, Comfortable, Versatile Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Comfort vs Style: Comfort Driven Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When I tend to wear a skirt I am usualy in it all day. This skirt is very comfortable to be in, but you need a slip.
Nice for spring luncheons By Hiking Mom from Seattle, WA on 07/23/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Not so flattering as an A-line skirt, but I love the eyelet lace, and it's nice to have something white for spring/summer. Also works as a quasi-petticoat underskirt if you want that look. Zipper on mine tends to stick.
