Great gloves if you don't need dexterity By megjere from Atlanta, GA on 06/01/2009 Pros: Durable, Warm, Water Resistant, Windproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these gloves for a planned trip to Alaska. They appear to be warm and the wool will be good in a wet environment. Unfortunately I will not be able to wear while fishing or hunting b/c the gloves are too bulky.

By Elkhead 6X6 from Northern California on 04/13/2009 Cons: Poor Grip, Too Bulky Best Uses: Backcountry, Hiking/Running, Hunting Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Hiking, Hunting Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been hunting big game for 40+ years and have tried a lot of different types of gear. These gloves work well for hunting from a stand but are a bit bulky and have poor grip for holding your rifle while stalking. They are too thick to provide adequate dexterity for shooting off-hand. They work very well however, for early spring and winter backpacking trips.
Good description of the product By GERMSKI from Muskegon, Michigan on 04/07/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have compared these gloves with other wool gloves that I have purchased and used on past hunts. I found them to be as good or better in quality. I really like the camo color for use on my hands. I wear them while hunting with my muzzloader during the colder December season here in Michigan. I purchased (2) pair of these gloves when they were on sale; great price!
