By Jock from Washington on 07/17/2009 Best Uses: Paddling, Sailing Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Still untested in the wilds, but seems functional. Very basic. Would've appreciated a small zippered compartment to stow small items.

By teacher from western washington on 12/30/2008 Pros: Good Capacity, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Waterproof Best Uses: Adventure Racing, Sailing Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Wow! This is a huge bag; and this is the small size. I purchased it to use as a waterproof day pack. It will suffice but it is huge. I was hoping my 10 year old son could carry it on his back for his camping trip for day hikes, but it may prove to be too long for his torso. Waterproof--absolutely. A keeper? Forever. I can see us using this bag for multiple uses during our adventures. The back straps could be more beefy; there is no cushion on them; they are just straps and I will probably add some cushioning.

We used to keep cell phones, wallets and cameras dry during kayaking, riding a waverunner and many long days at the beach.
