Comments:
Daily runs with smooth trail and pavement seem best for these shoes. I find comfort to of great importance, yet stability on rough terrain to be a little less of a value. They are more of a pavement shoe designed for straight ahead running.

I'm a 60 year old male and have been running in races (competively and socially) since 1978.I've worn the Saucony shoe for the last several years. It has been a wonderful shoe for my aging body. Very stable and comfortable.

Comments:
I bought this and another brand for my son's cross-country training in high school. Whichever works best becomes his training shoe. The other one is for daily use. This shoe is well padded, not too heavy, and as stable as advertised. It's a good choice to prevent overpronation in a normal foot.
