Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used this sweater on a trip to Ireland and it was one of the most worn and best looking items I had with me. I am 6'3" with 36" sleeve length for sleeves and the XL fit was good for me, so it may be a bit long for others. I used to sell high end mens clothing, retail, this is a high end product.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: In contrast to the advertising, the wool is not lambswool, but rather Shetland virgin wool. Big difference, particularly in the itchiness and weight of the wool. A description that the cut of the sweater is very much Scottish/English, with longer (than usual) sleeves and body, but tighter across the chest, would have enabled me to make a better choice.
