They are nice looking and were very comfortable . The snaps on the bottom hems are basicly useless, but not really a bother either.I have long legs and the length was good for me.
By ActiveGalwithDog from Durango, CO on 10/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great pants - solid construction and materials. They do seem longer than the stated 30" inseam, however that is great for me as I usually need to buy "long" (32") and these are fine. Very comfortable and loose, but not baggy, fit.

The zippered pocket over the left thigh is the perfect size for a US passport. I wore these pants constantly while overseas for 2 weeks and felt very comfortable and stylish!
By b0hemian from Sierra Madre, CA on 09/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Packable Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered a dark pair and loved the fit so much I immediately ordered another. Unfortunately, they are very long and the little snap strap at the bottom doesn't bring it in more than another inch...that feature was badly conceived. However, the pockets and the fit on top are so nice I wore them to work with espadrilles. The downside is that they attract everything, not just lint but sunscreen or lotion or dry skin if you rub an arm near them. Something doing nothing I can't understand how I got stuff on them, so I'm always brushing them off or sponging them. For hiking when I don't care how I look I'm sure they'll be brilliant. But I can't get near the cat on my way out the door!

The fit is so fantastic. The cut is extremely flattering. I was so delighted I immediately went back online and ordered a second pair before they sold out. I'd buy a dozen if I could!
Good pants...but not for me By yumyumdeena from Richmond, VA on 07/07/2009 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching, Well-made Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are good pants, but the fit was not right for me. I'm 5'10" long-torosed & slight pear shape. I think the sizing was true (I got an 8) and the tag reads 30" inseam, which is fine for me. These pants were incredibly flattering in the fit. The waist fit great with no gaps and fit my hips perfectly! Gave a nice lean line, but I just couldn't get over the waistline sitting at my bellybutton (& remember I'm long-torsoed!)and what I felt to be stiff material. If they were a bit lower waisted I would have kept them and chanced the material softening after a wash. I'll also say that from the knee down these pant seem beyond bootcut & approach bell-bottom status (no problem fitting your hiking boots with these, which is what I wanted the pants for). And the snaps at the bottom only bring the cuff in an inch at most. But all the pocket styles listed are very flattering. Like I said, just too high waisted for my taste. They cut into my gut anytime I bent forward, which is not good for rock scrambling. I'm disappointed I have to return these!
By Ellen from South Dakota on 07/05/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Hiking Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I broke them in on a rainy, muddy day. They dried quickly and were quite comfortable. I like that the end of the legs has a snap to make them more secure, and that the knee is darted to make kneeling comfortable.
By Deaf Smith from Arkansas on 03/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Packable Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wish the snaps on the leg bottons closed more tightly. Besides that, I like the pants.
