By Angela from Minneapolis, MN on 10/05/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Cons: Bulky, Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Despite reading the reviews and description, these pants weren't what I thought they would be. They are very comfortable (esp. with the elastic waist) but are a lot like sweatpants. I thought they would look more like traditional hiking pants. I also agree with all the reviews that there aren't enough features - no pockets or anything. So it depends on what you want. If you want pants like sweatpants, then it's great; if you want hiking pants that look like normal pants, then I'd go with something else, like the ExOfficio pants.

Nice length for a taller girl. They do stretch out a bit towards the end of the day, but overall I am happy with the product for the price!
By Anne from Oakland, CA on 11/30/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High-Quality Material and Stitching Cons: Bulky, Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Haven't had too many chances to wear them yet, but it doesn't seem as if they'd be water resistant...Not exactly what I was expecting...They are not as soft to the touch as I guess I was thinking they would be. They seem a little bulky for backpacking but would be good for car camping.
By Jen from Madison, WI on 11/10/2008 Cons: Poor Material or Construction Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought this product was inferior in quality to the same type of product made in nylon, this fabric would be way too warm for summer or Carribean travel.
Runs HUGE. The small fell down off my hips.
Returned product.
