By Cardio for the Heart from Chicagoland on 05/18/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Last two pair of running shoes were Pearl Izumi (Float I & II) which I love. Store is a little out of way so I started looking online. My wife, a marathon runner, buys all here running shoes @ Sierra Trading Post so I decided to give it a shot. I'm the typical person who needs to try on shoes before purchasing. However, after all the reviews I read about sizing and comfort, it was hard to pass up.
Saucony has always been a dependable shoe, and the Jazz aren't any different - comfortable out of the box. No breakin period needed. Since I tend to run on the balls of my feet finding a shoe with gel or the extra cushion towards the toe is crucial. You can always buy inserts but I haven't had any luck with them. They tended to hurt my feet after a long run. The Jazz has not disappointed me.

I use it only for training on the roads and I like it for that. It's heel is a little high for me but I like very low heeled shoes.
