By alf from TN on 02/13/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been walking, jogging and running in these shoes for about a week. I have been using them for walking daily over 6 miles, jogging on the treadmill 3+ miles or riding a stationary bike 6+ miles, and running on the pavement for 7+ miles during this week. So far, these shoes have been very comfortable and I have no complaints.
I plan on running a 1/2 marathon on Saturday in these shoes.

I was happier when the shoes were made in the USA (years ago, of course); I doubt we even know how to make the shoes now!

By Northern Runner from Minnesota on 11/26/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought these might be a good back-up pair of running shoes, but they do not offer the fore-foot cushioning I'm used to. They are a good value for a nice pair of gym shoes and for running short routes. For longer running routes, I'll stick with higher quality/shock absorbing shoes.
By aerobicgirl from pittsburgh, pa on 11/24/2008 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like this shoe. I would assume in the summer that the mesh top would be great to cool your feet. However, in the PA winter weather it doesn't keep your feet warm! In the gym it's great!
