It makes an excellent extra layer when its cold at work, and looks nice too.

I bought it a size larger than normal and I'm glad I did; I plan to wear it over layers and it's roomy enough for that. The hood fits fine! The photo shows the wrong color lining in the hood for the black one - the color description says "sand dollar" which turns out to be off-white, not aqua as shown. The cuffs are also lined in the contrasting color, which makes it fun to roll up the sleeves.
