I've bought 7 or 8 or these from Sierra Trading Post in the last few years. The newer ones are a better material, they all seem to be of this material the past year or so.
All in all, this is the best polartec jacket for the money anywhere. With a lightweight wind-stopping shell, you can be warm and dry down to quite cold temperatures.
I will be wearing this a lot

Feels too short
Pros:
Attractive Design, Durable, Lightweight, Nice fabric, Warm
Cons:
Overall length too short, Poor Fit, Sleeves too short
Describe Yourself:
Bargain Shopper, Casual
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments: I ordered this because it was supposed to be a tall size, but after receiving it I find that it can't possibly be. The bag was marked Tall L but the garment was marked regular large. I got it for me in a men's tall size cuz most women's sizes have sleeves that are too short. Sending it back, it fits more like a women's regular medium.

Comments: San Fernando Valley summers are hot! But driving over the Santa Monica's (mountain's) southside to LAX for example, can experince a 10-15 degree drop in temperature. So I now leave the jacket in the car and have it when necessary. I'm movin to Indiana and will get more outdoor use there!
