Fine Coat for Southerners By Zag from Wood County Texas on 11/08/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm an East Texas Cattle Rancher and have used this style of coat for some 20 years now. This is the finest coat for our weather conditions I ever purchased. The other brand from England and Australia have had too tight wrist bands, or some little thing that is not just right, but this one is well cut and finished. The price is very competative.

Not Quite what I expected By Poolman from Naples on 05/11/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Versatile Cons: Poor Fit, Snaps not reinforced Describe Yourself: Active outdoorsperson, Casual, Classic, Hunter Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Used for casual not hunting wear to date, snap poped through fabric on jacket after little or ne wear. Body is really wide fitting, sleeves are a tad short but I am 6'3" and usually wear a long to fit correctly. Fabric is not as durable or as heavy as my Filson brand coat, but also one third cost of Filson as well.
