Cold Weather Buffalo Bills Football Garb By OldRattler from Upstate, NY on 10/10/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Includes extra button Cons: Just slightly undersized, Not lined Best Uses: Bad Weather, Late-fall football games Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They call these stadium coats for a reason. You can really hunker down in it if you need to and anyone who has watched a late fall, "un-domed" football game in the North knows you often have to. It could be improved with a lining, but that's not much of an issue. It is just slightly undersized through the shoulders and might be a tad tight if worn with a bulky sweater, but its heavy wool and you probably won't need one anyway. The big horn buttons are nice and there is an extra one included.

I am very glad I got this coat!

Everything else is an imitation By Nick from Oxford, England on 09/29/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Cut, Warm Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These really are the original and best duffle coats. The Gloverall sizing is true to size, but this assumes that you are going to wear something reasonably solid underneath, e.g. a thick jumper or even a jacket. If you are only wearing a T shirt under it (but why would you?) then size down, e.g. 38 to 36.
Great jacket but overly generous size By Chodo Guy! from Melbourne, Australia on 09/27/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The coat is great and has a timeless appeal. I can wear it with a t-shirt and straight-cut jeans for a casual look or a collared shirt with slim pants for a smarter look.
The only problem I had was with the size of the coat. They're not kidding when they say that the coat is generously cut. I measure 42 inches around my chest so I got a size 42 coat but it was so ridiculously big that there was still plenty of room left even when I wore a sweater with it.
In the end, I exchanged the coat for a size 38, which fits perfectly. I would recommend for anyone considering getting this coat to buy several sizes down (in my case, 4!). Other than that, it's a great coat.
By Vedi from Fredericksburg, VA on 09/23/2009 Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The coat looks cheaply made as it is an unstructured coat. There is no support which makes it look like a big piece of fabric draped over one's body. It definitely isn't worth the price!
