By Wirenut from Baltimore on 10/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Warm Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Cold Weather, Outdoor work Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Carhart makes great jackets that stand up to heavy work. The last one lasted for five years, but was finally too torn up to make it another winter. It's roomy enough to layer, without being bulky when not layered. Come Feb, this+ a winter weight hoodie makes digging ditches almost tolerable. At least it keeps the cold from being the problem, if only it could thaw the ground and get you boss to buy a trencher, too.

I would buy this product again By Bassfisherman from Taylorville, Illinois on 10/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Work wear Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this product for casual winter ware. This coat is a second and the only thing that I found on the coat was a small flaw on the collar, other than that it is perfect. I have and do own many carhartt coats, this is the most comfortable one that i own, it appears to be very warm without being over thick like some other coats i have owned. I am from central Illinois so you know the winters get rough. There is plenty of room to ware a nice hoody under this coat for even more warmth.
