nothing out of the ordinary
By run for your life from Philadelphia on 05/18/2008

Attractive Design
Cons:
Tight fit width
Best Uses:
Endurance Training
Describe Yourself:
Gym Rat
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Width:
Feels too narrow
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Product seems OK. Did not experience anything spectacular with this shoe. A little tight across the width. At a recent 6 mile run I felt numbing pain on my left leg around the 5th mile which I have never experience with my other Nike or New Balance. Shoe is attractive in design, stable, and cushion is sufficient but not any different from other good brand.

Comments:
For the price paid it's hard to find running shoe better than this one. The Pic on the Pearl Izumi and S.T.P. does not show the wonderful detail this shoe had. Beware that this shoe has been sit in the shelf for two year. Pearl Izumi introduced Syncro Guide back in Fall 2005. Syncro Guide II is the current shoe model.
