This jacket is just right for the majority of the weather we have here in SE Michigan during the Winter. It is not the warmest jacket on the planet, but it fills the bill for anything this side of sitting outside for two to three hours. It is quite warm, without the bulk usually associated with warmth. It also breathes nicely so you can wear it to the mall, work, etc... and not be sweating within 15 minutes of being indoors. It has just the right amount of Primaloft for casual wear and light duty outdoor activities.
