By Sierra Girl from Ohio on 02/22/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Bicycling, Casual Wear, Hiking, Running Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: All weather sports, Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've worn this jacket running and coaching, and just puttering around on cool days. It's warm and light, loose enough to wear over layers, has pockets, and drawcord to keep cold from coming in at the bottom edge. When the drawcord is pulled tight, it makes jacket look a little puffy, but better puffy & warm than cold. Overall, a good jacket. I think I'll wear it a lot.
By Winter Who from Salt Lake City, Utah on 02/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Warm, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Really great winter activity coats. I bought two, one lightweight, and the heavier fleeced lined version. Both are great for xc-skiing, and skating. Also wear for walking the dog. Excellent wind resistance, and wicking abilities. Never feel cold and clammy after working up a sweat. Also wear the lightweight one at the speed-skating rink. Zipped pockets are great. The lined version feels tighter in the armpits, but not uncomfortable.
By MB from Virginia on 11/11/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Value, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this jacket to run and walk in when it's cold so I can stay warm but not look like a 4 year-old who is overly bundled up. It's a great jacket, lightweight but wind resistant and warm. If you're going to wear layers with it (thick sweaters or fleece) I would buy a size up.
By Danielle from Minden, NV on 11/10/2008 Best Uses: Climbing, Fall hiking Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Not nearly as thick as I thought it would be. This is slightly thicker than a windbreaker, Good quality, but not for winter,
