Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It was just what I was looking for. We are traveling to the UK for vacation and need to pack light, it will fit in my purse. I couldn't find what I was looking for in a women's style but this fit the bill.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Extremely lightweight, more like a wind jacket. This seemed like a very inadequate waterproof jacket and that it would not protect one from the elements. We returned this item as it was not what we expected or wanted.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: the men's large felt like a woman's large, it was tiny. My son is normally a men's large which gives him plenty of room and he could not zip this jacket. It barely fit me, a woman's size 12.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a 25 year old, 122, 5'3 girl, and took a chance by ordering the men's version of the Sierra Designs rain jacket in a small (they had better colors than the women's versions). It fits perfectly--which makes me think it wouldn't be appropriate for a guy. My husband usually wears a small, but he cannot fit into this. If you are normally a small, order up (maybe to a large even), and if you normally get a large, you may be out of luck. Otherwise, great little jacket at a great price.
