By TOhio from Cleveland on 10/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Skiing/Snowboarding, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great jacket. Have gotten multiple compliments. Only issues are sleeve length (too long) and that it's not as warm as I expected. Probably only good for casual wear down to 30 degrees or so. Could go a bit lower if actively skiing or doing more strenuous activity.

By KirkV6 from Portland, Oregon on 10/05/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Strechable, Warm Best Uses: anytime, Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought for around town, camping, snowboarding, rock climbing. The sleeves may be too long for some, but when reaching about for climbing--they are perfect. I bought a medium(39-41) I wear a 40R Jacket...maybe a small would of been nice to try.
Well designed and very breathable. By Northwest Rower from Seattle on 10/04/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As a competitive rower, I may have finally found the perfect compromise in the Rayzar for staying dry on 'inside'.
Layering this light-and NOT very warm softshell over an active T is effective in curtailing heat and sweat. The water resistant outer fabric also seems to be an adequate barrier to the inevitable rainy day wetting out of my final layer, a hybrid Mammut/Schoeller jacket.3XDRY works! Keeping the long side pockets unzipped and the coat partially unzipped helps remove heat too.If the rain stops, I can shed the Mammut, adjust those wonderful Rayzar zippers and stay comfortable and dry during exertion.
A very well-designed and durable softshell. Even the extra-long sleeves serve a purpose of keeping the jacket from hiking up on the backside when reaching out at the catch!
By JRW from Corning NY on 09/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this Jacket! By Big Dummy from Michigan on 08/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Warm Best Uses: Extreme Conditions, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: the length of the sleeves is due to the fact that this jacket is a quality piece of climbing gear - NOT a defect - it will not ride up and expose your midsection when you reach up. Its extremely breathable and highly water resistant. All in all 9/10

The weather has not ben right for its use. I like the feel and it has enough room to put layers under it, and yet with out the layers it still fits good.
