Great coat but sizing is horrible By munich from Columbus, OH on 12/22/2008 Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The shoulders in this jacket are huge. Ordered a 40 because I wear a 40R suit, but the coat had 2-3 extra inches on each shoulder with the suit on. At the same time, the sleeves were two inches short. I would order a smaller size for fit but then the sleeves would be entirely too short. Unfortunate, because the cut and material are nice.

This is why Product Reviews Help By Tom from Seattle on 11/11/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read and reread the reviews for this coat and all said it fit big but had short arms and was lightweight. All true; but, my arms are not long and I ordered smaller size (40 v. 42) and I did not want a heavy coat. It worked. This is a lovely fabric and nice cut and a good buy. But, consider size and if your arms are long and keep on reading those reviews. Thanks Sierra.
By Arkyump from PIne Bluff AR on 11/10/2008 Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I had a Navy Pea coat nearly 40 years ago and I thought then it was the best coat to have in cold climates. It was warm and stopped all winds. This coat is softer than the original Pea coat and fits a little larger. Pay attention to the sizing, when it says its large, believe them.

By pedicab from Charleston, SC on 08/18/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Classic Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The shoulders of the size 40 and the 38 measured exactly the same, and each side of the coat were a deferrent measurement, making one shoulder way to wide. The coat was boxy in shape. One coat was definitely a second.
