I am usually a Medium, but now, right after I had a baby and haven't shed the baby fat yet, and also breastfeeding (read: size DDD) - so I ordered large - well, it was wa-a-ay too big! I had to exchange it to Medium which fits just right.

Must have been built for a thin person with long arms.

I usually take a small, but ordered a medium after reading the comments. They fit fine and are not bulky, but I can only put a very fine layer underneath - like silk. I also ordered a large to use for layering and when it came it was smaller than the medium! But it was replaced and the large that came the 2nd time is larger and will work well for layering.
The shirts are very attractive and cozy.

The large fit like a medium, but I just wasn't cracked about it. The sleeve style (no shoulder seam) wasn't particularly flattering and the neck zip lays kind of odd. It's a fine cozy around town top but nothing to head out to adventure in.
