It's MICROfleece, not the thick stuff By TimH from Tempe, AZ on 03/11/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Best used as a middle layer. The sleeves are cut a little full for that purpose, though - anything worn over them will tend to bunch them up.

Not up to Black Diamond (TM) in quality By Clawhammer from Gettysburg, PA on 02/25/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Cons: Cuff too loose, Poor Fit Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Great color combo.
Use as a fitness fleece, or general around the house warmth.
Threads snaped when I first tried it on.
In some regards, not up to the quality I expect from a Black Diamond product.
Picture is better than the product By Tell All from Laurel, MS on 02/25/2009 Cons: Cheap appearance, Poor Fit, Poor material Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The product does not reflect the quality exhibited by the picture (deceptive look). By Paddler from Sacramento on 02/25/2009 Cons: Bad design and workmanshi Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It seems that Black Diamond has sold it's good name to a two-bit company that makes fleece outerwear. This jacket was too tight in the tummy and the sleeves were long and flappy. Clearly these were not designed or manufactured with the care you expect from BD.
