By Serendipity from Bangor ME on 03/20/2009 Best Uses: Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Collegiate/Pro Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Warm and cozy. I really liked the feel and I'm sure it's warm. I'm really not vain but the conehead image got me. I have no idea why someone would design a hat so tall! Returned.

Good ONLY if you have antlers! By CDJ of NJ from New Jersey on 02/17/2009 Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Returned item without using it due to it's being too large. I should have heeded the warning of a previous customer who described it as making her husband look like a "conehead".
Fine hat, but a little small By BSquared from Southern Maryland on 02/13/2009 Pros: Good Grip, Snug Fit, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Hiking/Running, Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a "one size fits most," and I know my head is a bit large (at least other people keep telling me I have a swelled head, and that must be what they mean, eh?), but this hat definitely feels quite tight. Not overly uncomfortable, but not optimum. I really like the ear flaps, but if I fold them up and out of the way, the hat is *really* too tight!
By Ftsac1 from Auburn, AL on 01/30/2009 Pros: Durable, Good Grip, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Needed something to keep cold & wind off my head. This does it well but takes some time adjusting to my large skull. If you wash it , needs to be stretched to fit well again. A bit odd looking at first but ... I don't care because it keeps me warm and my ears don't ache from the cold.
By AllWeatherWalker from Twin Cities, MN on 01/24/2009 Pros: Dries Easily, Snug Fit, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Hiking/Running, Working Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore the hat this morning on a walk at -7 degrees with a wind chill less than minus 20. I was great! Some have said it's too tight. It's snug, but it can be stretched a bit before you put it on.
