Made for and Made in Iceland! By Wisconsin_fan81 from Wilmington, NC on 03/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Everyday, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The sweater I bought in Reykjavik was made in Iceland. In fact, ALL of the Icewear products we found were made in Iceland. The Norwear part of their company had products made in Scandanavia. Don't know if they contract out for other countries, but no "made in china" from products in Iceland we found. This sweater is incredibly warm, comfortable, and fit perfectly- definitely built for use in Icelandic climate. Was no more itchy than anything else made of wool, so would not even consider that as a negative. The Icelandic wool is definitely different than other types, much more suited to cold weather than other wool products I have. Excellent choice for anyone visiting the North Atlantic or any other cold climate.

By The Dog Trainer from Chester, New Jersey on 02/24/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, High Quality, Stylish, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Everyday Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This sweater is lined and wonderfully warm. The wind stop inner fabric is a real plus. The style is attractive as well. The elbow patches and wrist patches (to extend wearability) do not stand out...just the way I like 'em!
Windstopper Material a Bonus By WMH from Kenmore, NY on 01/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish, Warm Cons: Noisy and krinkly liner Best Uses: Casual Wear, Everyday, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: For me, the fit is perfect. I size out at a 42 and the large is spot on.
The liner/windstopper material is a bit 'noisy' sounding when making arm movements and such, but not to be considered a detraction honestly.
I find the sweater very versatile.
