Styling is nice. Vents off the shoulders look like they'll help you stay cool. But it's those vents that'll keep you from wearing this when you're not on the water--unless you want to look like you have big holes in your shirt at a meeting. 'Cuz that's what the vents are: big holes.

This shirt is one BIG wrinkle. By dddawgzmom from Nevada on 08/08/2008 Cons: Cannot iron out wrinkles, Tails shorter than normal, Wrinkles VERY easily Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband always wears UPF protected shirts in order to avoid sun exposure. All of his other shirts are solids. When he saw this shirt, he wanted it to have some variety. The shirt's description indicated that it should maintain a nice appearance without a lot of extra care. When I washed one of the shirts we just received, it looked like it was going to line dry nicely and not require much time and/or effort to iron-out wrinkles.
After I took it out of my washer, before the spin cycle even ended, I shook it quite a few times, smoothed it out and then hung it up to dry. When I came back to get the dry shirt to put in the closet, it was so wrinkled that it looked like a "crinkle shirt that someone had been sleeping in for several days".
I don't want my husband to keep them, but he likes the print and feel of these shirts and does NOT want me to return them to you. I guess they'll spend a lot of time in our Utility Room waiting to be ironed after they are washed each time. I have a very good steam iron, and I cannot get enough of the wrinkles out to make it look like it hasn't been slept in.
In my opinion, this shirt is NOT wearable in public!!
