I actually had a coat just like this in the 80's. The photo doesn't really show how big those pads are. I have to return this coat.

Amazing fabric with lots of warm tones in the weave. Hopefully it won't pill like crazy as other tweeds I've owned have done. I did follow the recommendation for ordering a size smaller and I'm glad I did. It fits beautifully and is very flattering.

Deep pleat in back of coat is very stylish. Coat is roomy and just the right length for me - I'm 5'9".
