No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I bought a size 6 and a size 8.
This felt good on. The sleeves were too long but could be easily turned up. I bought one for my sister as well. We are both Of a Certain Age and while we are far from overweight we passed spring chickenhood long ago. This was not made our hips.
I gave it to my size 2 neice and she was extatic. The color on the web site looks too lime. The actual color is a soft, neutral green
that goes with far more than the picture would suggest.
It is a gorgeous garment, very well made.
I would not recommend it to a friend but I would recommend it as a gift for a size 2 or size 4.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband surprised me with this jacket 7 years ago and I wore it until it "died". This is a great find (so much so that I think I need the lime green to replace the classic camel). Spring and Fall over light sweaters, Winter over many layers, It did great time. As wearable with jeans and boots as with pencil skirts and pumps...it's a keeper!
