By Pat the Bunny from Long Beach, CA on 11/18/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Well Made Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read all the reviews before I made my purchase, and I was a bit nervous as to whether I would have a bad experience or a good one. I'm pleased to say that the jacket isn't boxy or shapeless, and I don't feel like a "bloke"......thankkfully. I'm glad I got it.
By Ferns from Pittsburgh, PA on 11/15/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The sizing was a little off. I wear a small or a 6. Small was shown as a 2-4, medium as a 6-8. I ordered a medium and it was a little big. Got a small and it was perfect...even though it has been years since I have worn a 2-4.
Shoulder yoke a bit tight By Tuina Therapist from Bozeman, Montana on 11/12/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the style and quality of this jacket except it feels snug across the back at the shoulder yoke area. Needs a gusset or elastic inset in armhole seams to allow for movement such as holding the steering wheel. Looks very classy and is well-made except for that.
By LG from Central VA on 11/10/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wanted something a bit different so I choose the dark olive color. When it arrived I was not so sure but the husband liked it - for the first time in several years he asked what I paid for an article of clothing and when I told him - he suggested I get another one. (Thanks STP!) The clean lines of the classic conservative styling and quality workmanship will serve many uses for several years. Looks smashing against deep black, dark chocolate, and denim but not so much against faded colors. The sleeves would be a bit long for most ladies but suit me well. I had to go for the large size r/t bustline but the shoulders fit well and it still looks very nice while not promoting the "athletic front" that some other fitted jackets do
By Professor from New England on 11/10/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good for fall, or also perfect for daily business-wear for cool offices. Lots of compliments! Love the dark olive that is almost deep putty/grey tone
By Queen from Matteson, IL on 11/10/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile, Well Made Best Uses: Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've used this jacket to dress up and dress down with dress boots and/or casual shoes. I think it's a must have; especially for those days you don't want to be bother with a bulky coat.
By Yooper from Upper Michigan on 11/08/2008 Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a number of Tibor Leather Jackets and just love them. Unfortunately, this one is not at all attractive because the leather looks so "cheap" - I was most disappointed because online, the green leather looked so beautiful
Nicely tailored and well fitting jacket. By A. from Columbia, MD on 11/07/2008 Best Uses: Daily Use, Good for running errands, Nice for work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The dark olive color is a bit subdued but it's a well fitting, versatile jacket that I expect to wear a lot.
By Artamia from Carmel, California on 10/03/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It flattened my bust, even when I ordered a large size, very bad cut, not proportioned. I'm planning to send the jacket back. It's a shame, because the leather is soft and it's a beautiful color, but the fit is mannish and unflattering enough I know I would avoid wearing it.
High quality leather, odd fit By Small Town Mom from Meadville, PA on 09/02/2008 Pros: Attractive neutral color, Good quality leather Describe Yourself: Classic Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wasn't sure how to mark the fit on this item, since it was too big in some places (wide, bulky sleeves and boxy shoulders) and too small in others (it flattened my not-especially-generous bust). I ordered the small, so perhaps other sizes are better proportioned, but I'm planning to send the jacket back. It's a shame, because the leather is soft and it's a beautiful color, but the fit is mannish and unflattering enough I know I would avoid wearing it.
