Great for travel with a bit of style By kathy from Mountain View ca on 06/01/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable, Stylish Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband has two pair of these pants, he loves them but they are not suitable for cooler temperatures. We went to an outdoor event last night at a stadium, it was in the 50's and breezy and he was not comfortable. With that said they are super for travel, hiking etc, and you can dress them up with a nice shirt for a casual evening out, which is not true of some hiking pants which make you look like Indianna Jones out on the town. They are a bit roomy but that also works well for 10 hour flights.
By homebrewing runner from pa on 05/22/2008 Pros: High-Quality Material and Stitching Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants are durable, comfy and fit well in both length and waist measurements.
I have no negative feedback at all.
By Richard of the Adirondack Mountain Club from Buffalo, NY on 05/14/2008 Pros: Breathable, Good for layering, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable, Stylish Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: With self-applied water repellant, they make perfect all-weather soft-shell pants for hiking. biking, backpacking and canoe trips. With the zip-open lower leg they can be opened and rolled up in warmer weather and closed to lock out biting insects or cold.

Great kickinmg around camp pants By Jammin' George from West By God Virginia on 04/29/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable Cons: Color is a little odd Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Cool camp pants. I especially use them on early morning hikes - enough water resistance/quick drying material to shed the early morning dew. Loose enough for base layer on cold days.
By Scudrunner from Galveston, Texas on 04/28/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Packable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Good pants for travel, lightweight, deep pockets, easy to wash and dry fast. Dressy enough for casual dinner wear.
So nice I ordered another pair. By Joe Handyman from Tupelo (Elvis's birthplace), Mississippi on 03/26/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable, Stylish Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these to go with long sleeved microfiber shirts. The weather here can change 30 degrees from morning to midday to evening. I like the way microfiber can be warm in cool weather yet cool in warm weather. I could find many dress microfiber pants but only a couple suitable for outdoor work and play. The zippered thigh pocket is nice, although I wanted cargo pockets for when I'm doing my handyman business. As usual with microfiber, these come out of the dryer ready to wear. I have synthetic pants that convert to shorts but these look much nicer and are about the same weight. They do a good job of blocking the cold wind in the morning and evening and yet are light and breathable enough for warm mid-day temperatures.
