[...] has tons of pockets to store all your neccesities in. Only con was that one piece that covered the bottom button fell off my 1st day of snowboarding in it. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with this jacket.
By RN_Christa from South Dakota on 02/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Others stated the sleeves felt too long, I was excited as I have long arms. It's perfect for me! Only downfall is that the sleeves don't seem to have the same level of insulation as the rest of the coat. It's still perfect for what I need it for as I'm usually doing something active and get plenty warm anyway.
By Susie Shopper from Birmingham, AL on 01/29/2009 Pros: Warm, Wind Resistant Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchase this for a cold weather jacket. I like Columbia and hope this would work, but it was too bulky and too large and medium normally works for me.
Only for the l-o-n-g armed girl By Scrappy from North Idaho on 01/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Returned the coat. Unusual to be disappointed by a Columbia Sportswear product. The sleeves were incredibly long and the little rubberized floral motif was a not so sweet surprise.
My Smokin Hot Wife in Hot Pink! By FrankTheTank from Grand Rapids, MI; Someday back to CO on 01/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Color is AWESOME, Durable, Fit is just right, Has great lines, Lightweight, Shows her curves, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: At the love shack, Church, Huggin and a kissin, Snowball figthts, Snowboarding, Snowman making, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Ok... So My wife and I have these nick names for each other, Pink and Blue. That is a good story too so write me an email if you want to hear it. Anyway, I originaly purchased the Powder Bliss in the Pink color. It was a large but it was the last one and it was the color that I knew she wanted so I figured I could find one on line if it did not fit. It did not. SO, I could not find a powder bliss in pink any where. We then found this one and LOVED IT on the screen and LOVED IT immediately when we took it out of the box. I bought her White snowpants and a dark grey snowpant to go with it and both look great. Lots of compliments. Flashy but not overwhelming. She just left for work wearing it along with her Blink watch and some other Pink shirt! Super cute... The fur on the hood is a great touch but you can take it off if you want. I cannot wait to hit the slopes with her wearing this smokin hot pink jacket! She will now look as cool as her moves! fussyfrank[@]
By GoBlue from Farmington, MI on 11/07/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lots of Pockets, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cross Country, Downhill, Freestyle Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The only reasons I didn't give this jacket 5 stars is that the sleeves are slightly too long and the velcro there isn't extended to make it a snug fit at the wrists (I'm petite); also I imagine if I'm not doing any athletic pursuits in the dead of winter that it's not as warm as I expected for everyday use. The inner fleece is only 100-weight so I would recommend a lightweight top and that should do the trick. I like the slim cut, many pockets, and all the little conveniences Columbia built in. Very durable material. Very well made.
Very nice jacket but didn't fit By farmgirl from Dahlonega, GA on 10/16/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lots of Pockets, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Small chest and armpits Best Uses: Cold wet farm chores Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: A very nice jacket but too tight in the chest and armpits for me. Sleeves were too long too but I am petite so that was expected.
