I would buy this product again By Ski Mom from North Carolina on 03/05/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Bulky w all the layers, Constricts Movement Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Hiking, Skiing Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great coat. Is quite bulky with all of the layers and not big enough with layers of clothes underneath. It was nice to be able to zip out the lining, it seemed to fit much better.

Has so many different ways to wear
A lot of different things it can do. Needs to come with a book of instructions
Really a nice jacket. I never had one like it before
Beautiful coat. Runs VERY small By Suzanne A from Guilford CT on 02/11/2009 Pros: Fur is removable, Great looking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the look of this jacket and could tell that it was one of Columbia's better made jackets. I ordered up a size based on Columbia's size charts and the jacket was still extremely small. I would order up two sizes. I would give this jacket a better rating but the sizing is so off that it was extremely disappointing.
By LT in NE from New England on 12/06/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stylish, Waterproof Cons: Not Warm Enough, Not Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is adorable. I love the color (aquamarine) and the design. It looks great. The hood fits nicely and stays up. The fleece liner is nice and thick. I also love that it's a 3-in-1 and part of the Interchange system. And it's a good thing it is, because I'm going to have to buy a warmer liner to zip in.
It's not as warm as I thought it would be. On a 40F day, with no wind, wearing long johns, and moving at a fast clip, I was still freezing. It's cold in the sleeves, especially. On a 35F windy day, forget it.
I read the reviews here that said the chest runs small, so I ordered up and it's a tiny bit too big, but that gives me plenty of room to layer, plus the sleeves are nice and long (I have long arms.)
I'm clicking "Yes, I would recommend this to a friend," because it's pretty and comfortable, but I wouldn't recommend it for snow sports.
By SkierGirl from Western NY State on 12/02/2008 Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm glad I ordered up a size after reading other's comments. My daughter is usually a Junior size 1/2 or small and a Medium fits her perfectly.
By brkeshke from hawaii on 09/19/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Lots of Pockets, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The jacket is really really cute. Sadly, the fit across the chest and armpits are too tight. Otherwise it would be a great jacket...cute, too. Apparently, this seems to be the biggest complaint. Would need to discard the inner fleece jacket that this came with and put my own layering pieces to keep warm and dry. (I'm only 5/2, a true medium) A large would be too big. The columbia mediums are perfect...until this jacket.
By outside woman from blue hill, me on 06/23/2008 Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Loved the jacket, but the cut was too small across the chest and armpits. Not practical when you can't wear a sweater or fleece underneath with comfort..
Like the jacket, a little tight in the.. By christy from san juan capistrano, CA on 06/12/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lots of Pockets, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Downhill, Freestyle Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Skiing, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a great jacket. THe inner fleece jacket is too tight in the armpits, so I'm attempting to stretch the arm pits and hopefully it will work. I really like the jacket.
Very cute...except....... By bluebell from united states on 04/16/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Lots of Pockets, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cross Country, Downhill, Freestyle Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a very cute jacket!! The hood with the fur is really really cute...it really covers the head (and helmet)... The only thing is, the inner fleece jacket is super tight at the chest and armpits... I'm a medium through and through...you'd have to have a small bust or something to fit the jacket nicely. The outer jacket worn without the fleece is Perfect.....but you'd have to really layer to stay warm. So the question is, do you buy another fleece jacket that fits comfortably that zips in or do you size up? I'd rather stay with being a med. because the length on sleeves and body are perfect. Thus, still contemplating on doing an exchange for another.....
By Bargain Ben's Wife from harrisville, pa on 03/20/2008 Cons: The size running small, Tight at underarms, Too small order up Best Uses: Rain cold windy Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Ordered a size L (12-14) which felt all around too tight, especially at the shoulders. Exchanged for an XL and it seems to fit much better. I feel that the fit of this coat is more of the "classic" fit rather than "relaxed" fit that it says in description of the coat.
