good performance. Light and soft By Tennisplayer from Chico, Ca on 11/17/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The vest is very comfortable and soft. Only thing I wish is that it had at
least one pocket.
Lightweight, good for thin liner By LizardRanch from Salt Lake City, UT on 11/17/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Inadequate Protection Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The vest is very thin with no pockets. The zipper is the larger style with teeth rather than the smaller coil style. This made it exactly what I wanted, a jacket liner for when a regular thickness pile vest was too hot. The larger style zipper made it possible to zip into my shells that had liner zippers. As a standalone vest it is too thin, but for my use as a thinner liner it was perfect.
By larry larue from Durham, NC on 11/13/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Vest is very soft and comfy with a warm, big, and thick collar. The rest, however, is thinner than expected and not terribly warm on its own. The thinness makes it a great midlayer and good for running, though. Was disappointed in the lack of ANY pockets.

By Pricewise from San Diego on 08/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband fell in love with this vest at the STP store, but they only had Medium. (He wears med or large depending on the brand) I ordered a large and it fits him perfectly. He likes it because it packs small but still provides enough warmth to make it worth carrying.
Nice quality, but thinner than expected By DoubleXL from Sacramento, CA on 06/02/2009 Cons: Inadequate Protection Best Uses: Cold Weather, Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a nice quality vest, just thinner than I expected. I'm going to keep it, but I think I'd use it more if there was just a little more to it.
Material selection issues By Kuz from Grand Rapids, MI on 05/26/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Seems like a good product except the lower garment hem was sewed on using non-elastic material. The garment material and the hem trim material are very elastic, so the thread holding them together snapped and popped and broke all over the first time I put the thing on. Bummer.

A little discouraging when I first saw it.
