Comments: I got these for a three day trip down the Buffalo river in Arkansas. They dry quickly. The waist belt goes all the way around instead of being sewn into the shorts so it holds the shorts in place well. Plenty of pockets.

Comments: Lightweight, quick drying material with mesh liner can substitute for swimming trunks. These shorts are ideal for swimming, rafting, and other water sports, as well as for hiking, yard work and other casual wear. If wearer is on the thinner end of the waist range he may have to watch out for being de-pantsed in a rolling river or while water skiing since the embedded belt cannot be tightened beyond normal wear snug. Those in the middle or top of the waist range should have good results in the more extreme situations as the belt clasp provides a positive lock on the belt. Overall good value for the money.
