It's not that soft, but is a comfortable fit. It's just what I was looking for - a cute jacket to wear for travel, around town with jeans, or to work on a casual day. The little bit of spandex is always a winner for comfort.

It's a nice sturdy fabric yet not stiff. Can be used as casual mostly but it's a neat look.

The color is neutral enough that it can be worn with many colors. The twill cotton material does not seem to wrinkle as much as other cotton materials do. However, I was expecting it to be softer since the description says "Soft Touch". It is not...actually feels more like denim even after I have washed it.
