By Jillybean from Adirondacks on 03/30/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like this jacket but I had to send it back because the size I got was too small. I got my normal size and there was no way it was going to fit. Too bad, I really liked it. Great value.
Great jacket - HORRIBLE fit! By DC from WASH, DC on 03/25/2008 Pros: Breathable, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Bulky, Weird cut at shoulders Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am so sad to return this: beautiful coat, but it is a horrible fit. By HFray from Beaufort, SC on 03/10/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Lots of Pockets, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I actually work in a store which carries Barbour products, and had never heard about them until I started working there. Barbour jackets are so durable and so widely known, especially their wax cotton ones. I found this jacket and purchased it, and was so pleased with it. I have gotten tons of comments about the color, the fit, everything!
By CJ from Chicago area on 03/10/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Waterproof Cons: Odd fit but good enough Best Uses: Around town casual Describe Yourself: Collegiate/Pro Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Springfall rainy seasons Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love the fabric, waterproof feature, sleeve length (I'm tall), durability and workmanship. Good color choices. Styling is nice...looks more feminine and City-appropriate than a barn jacket, while having similar features. Fit is a little odd: a bit fuller in underarm/chest area (probably to make room for sweaters), while more snug around the hips.

I'm 5'3" and it feels like the right length for both skirts and pants. Taller people might prefer it with pants only.
