Columbia Doesn't Disappoint! By Pat from Northern California from San Rafael, CA on 07/07/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought two of these; one for myself and one for my husband. This is a woman's jacket but it is actually unisex and an extra large fits him very well. I ordered the large (I am 5'9", 155lbs and it fits nicely). Nice inner pocket is a plus. The jacket is light and packable, very wind-resistant, and has a nice hood. I haven't tried it in the rain yet, but it seems that it will work well in a light rain, but probably not a downpour, although I could be wrong! I am very happy with my purchase at a bargain price.
By World traveller from Seattle, WA on 07/01/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Needed a travel jacket to ward off the chill of night or to handle the temperatures between 60-70.
It is a little snug around the waist, so it runs small, but I will exercise.
