Wonderful Wool, Construction Lacking? By MatttheCat from Toronto, ON on 11/29/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Bad Weather, Daily Use, Going Out Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The Loro Piana wool on this jacket is unbelievable - soft, light and extremely warm. I do, however, have concerns about the construction. I just got this jacket and already there are a number of (3-4) loose threads. The buttons are very cheap and don't look to be sewn on very well. I just get a bad feeling about this jacket and am going to send it back. At its current price it is certainly a bargain, the LP wool makes it worth that much, however [$]is too expensive for my budget to take any chances on poor quality.

Collar provides great protection for neck when turned up and buttoned closed.
