Good value – not exciting, but useful By hate stores; love online from NYC on 12/26/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Versatile, Well Made Best Uses: Daily Use, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Runs large. I've gained weight lately so ordered a large, but had to exchange for a medium. I'm not crazy about the pockets, but it looks like they could be removed without damaging the jacket. Substitutes for a sweater – good weight for winter. Not too bulky under a coat. Collar does not roll as illustrated, but looks fine standing up.
Smashing picture, unflattering fit. By sneeddy from Holmdel, NJ on 12/12/2008 Best Uses: Daily Use, Wear to office Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is to wear to work, however it is so short and boxy I may return it as it is an unflattering fit.
Sleeves to long and loose. By marjen from Santa Rosa Beach, FL on 12/03/2008 Pros: I am sending it back Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Fabric is nice. But it is not flattering on me. The sleeves are much too big and long. If otherwise OK, I would have altered it. Quality is good.

I bought one in every color By Mado from New York, NY on 07/26/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Career, Casual, Classic Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a clever little jacket, made to be worn with sleeves cuffed, that would dress up any skirt, without looking too formal. Can be worn from early fall to late spring, with turtlenecks, with shirts, over a dress, or under a coat.
The boiled wool is lightweight, and works well by itself or as a layer. Is flattering, well cut and good quality. I bought the one in dark red and the one in gray heather and I like them both.

By TantieM from Colorado Springs, Colorado on 12/28/2007 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Conservative Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear this over turtlenecks. It is a lightweight, attractive jacket that can be casual or dressed up. It is warm enough to wear when it gets down to the mid-teens here in Colorado. It is also able to keep me dry in light snow.
The only con is that it doesn't come in a petite size so the arms are a bit long for me. If not for that it would be perfect.
