By horse woman from san luis obispo on 04/19/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Bad Weather, Daily Use Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Ilove the jacket. I find the jacket very warm. I know that it will last many years. I did put a drop of water on it and it instantly soaked through. I know that it is not the waterproof item, but I thought that the water would at least sit there for a few seconds before soaking through So I put a waterproofing spray on it the same day I got it.

By T from Seattle WA on 03/04/2009 Best Uses: Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Insulation seems lightweight in sleeve, dont know how warm it will be without layering. Zipper & neck leave a large gap that allows cold air in at the neck. This design is not a good feature, should have something there. Bulky cut may also suit someone of more generous weight

It might be a bit bulky but for me that works, I am able to add layers if need be.

By DJ from Heidelberg, Germany on 02/06/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight, Well Made Best Uses: Bad Weather, Daily Use Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like this jacket. It's a bit bulky but I think that's what you're gonna get with a jacket that's mostly meant as a work jacket. The sleeves seema bit long but that works out when you're throwing around saddles and such. It's very warm too. The bulkiness allows room to add an additional layer if need be.
By DJ from Heidelberg, Germany on 02/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut, Well Made Best Uses: Daily Use, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this jacket.( I bought the olive colored one.) I don't think it's too heavy at all. It fits my torso perfectly with space for an extra layer of clothing. The sleeves are a little long but that will be great when I'm out working with horses and throwing around saddles and such. It's a bit stiff at first but I think after wearing it a bit and a couple washes it will get better. It says "seconds" but I don't see any flaws. I'm actually looking forward to it fading with time. It will add character. I would definately recomend it to any one. I'm actually looking into buying the sherpa lined one for my husband. best part is that Sierra had a great price on it!
